This website provides information about our branches and lets you contact us and place inquiries or orders through WhatsApp. You agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate information.

Content and AI guidance on this site are for general wellness information only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a registered pharmacist or doctor for your specific situation. In an emergency, contact your nearest hospital.
3. Prescriptions and dispensing
Prescription medicines are dispensed only by registered pharmacists at our licensed branches and only against a valid prescription. Submitting a prescription photo is a request; it does not guarantee that a medicine is in stock or that an order will be fulfilled. Our pharmacists may decline or adjust an order to comply with the law.
4. Orders, pricing and payment
Prices are confirmed by the branch at the time of order and may change. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed. Payment and delivery arrangements are agreed directly with the branch.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and depend on location, stock and prescription verification. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address or person you nominate.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Botswana law, Chidzanani Pharmacy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
