Inquiries, orders and prescription photos sent through the website open in WhatsApp and are delivered directly to the relevant branch. Once a message leaves your device it is handled within WhatsApp under Meta's own privacy terms, and then by our branch pharmacists. We use this information solely to respond to your request, dispense and deliver medicines.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare and deliver orders, verify prescriptions with a registered pharmacist, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal or health information.
4. AI assistant
Our website assistant provides general wellness guidance and helps route you to the right branch. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice and does not create a patient record. Avoid sharing more personal detail than necessary in the chat.
5. Data retention
Order and prescription records are retained by our pharmacies only as long as required to provide the service and to meet Botswana pharmaceutical and regulatory record-keeping obligations.
